

Medical Weight Loss Program
Our Medical Weight Loss Program offers individualized, medically supervised weight management using FDA-approved prescription medications only. This is a self-pay program designed for patients desiring safe, evidence-based weight management.
How the Program Works
1️⃣ Initial In-Clinic Visit
You will meet with a provider for a comprehensive medical evaluation, which includes:

Weight and health assessment

Review of medical history and current medications

Screening for medication safety and appropriateness

Discussion of treatment options, dosing, and expectations
If medically appropriate, a prescription for FDA-approved weight management medication may be provided.
2️⃣ 3-Month Medical Management Cycle
Once enrolled, you will enter a 3-month medical management cycle, which includes:

Monthly in-clinic visits for prescription management

Monthly Lipo-B12 (MICC-B12) injection included
-
Dose escalation or dose maintenance, based on response and tolerance
-
Provider oversight for side effects and safety
-
Monitoring for individualized treatment adjustments
📌 Prescriptions are provided monthly to allow for safe dose escalation and monitoring.
Program Fee
$275 per 3-month medical management cycle. This fee includes:

In-clinic evaluation for each monthly visit

Monthly Lipo-B12 (MICC-B12) injection

Ongoing provider oversight and medication management for 90 days
👉 Medication costs are not included and are paid directly to the manufactuer/pharmacy by the patient. We do not handle insurance or prior authorization.
Laboratory Testing
Baseline labs are required within the last 6 months to ensure safe use of weight loss medications. Required labs include:

CMP – liver & kidney function

HbA1c / fasting glucose – blood sugar control

CBC – blood count

Lipid panel – metabolic health

TSH – thyroid function
Patient Options: Bring your own recent labs if within 6 months. If labs are older or missing, testing must be done before starting therapy.

Weight Loss Medications
We prescribe FDA-approved weight management medications only. We do not prescribe compounded medications.
Zepbound (tirzepatide) is an FDA-approved medication for weight management. In clinical studies, participants lost an average of up to 21% of their starting body weight when combined with lifestyle changes.

What it is: A blend of Vitamin B12 plus MIC (Methionine, Inositol, Choline) designed to support metabolism, energy, and fat utilization.
