How It Works
Step 1: Enter the Virtual Clinic - A staff member will greet you via chat, verify your insurance, and guide you through the easy process. Most insurance plans like Ambetter, Aetna (CVS Caremark or Costco), BCBS MyBlue Health, Tricare, and Medicare typically have a $0–$25 copay, depending on your plan.
Step 2: See a Medical Provider - You'll meet with an InstaHealth board-certified medical provider via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video visit - all from the comfort of your own home.
Step 3: Get What You Need - Prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy, work/school notes are emailed, and labs (if needed) are ordered through Quest Diagnostics.

Our service is a huge time-saver — it’s convenient, straightforward, and gets patients the care they need without the wait. For example, someone with a UTI or eye infection can quickly speak with a provider and have an antibiotic prescription sent to their preferred pharmacy — often within 30 minutes.
All virtual visits are HIPAA-compliant, and your medical records are securely stored in NextGen EHR. Want your visit notes sent to your primary care provider? Just ask — we’re happy to do that for you.
At InstaHealth, we strive to be your trusted Texas-based virtual clinic for everyday health needs.
In-Network Insurance Plans

Using Insurance: When you enter the Virtual Clinic, our staff will verify your coverage and let you know your exact cost (usually your copay) before your visit begins. Insurance plans like Ambetter, Aetna (CVS Caremark or Costco), BCBS MyBlue Health, Tricare, and Medicare typically have a $0–$25 copay, depending on your plan.
No Insurance? No problem — our self-pay rate is $75 per virtual visit.
